How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 180C (350F)
  • Wash chicken breasts and dry with paper towel
  • Make a slice through the middle of the breast, long ways
  • Stuff slices of camembert into chicken, and press down on chicken to flatten slightly
  • Season with salt and pepper and top with a thin layer of crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs
  • Place chicken on baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes (or until cooked through)
  • Serve with steamed potatoes, carrots and green beans drizzled with butter and chopped garlic
