How to make it

  • For Dressing: Whisk all ingredients till well blended, salt & pepper to taste.
  • Cook tortellini in salted boiling water, do not overcook, you want them al dente or even harder, Drain and set aside
  • Cut meats into small cubes.
  • Shred carrots
  • Drain olives and set aside
  • Slice up onions, red peppers
  • Put all into serving bowl, add crumbled cheese and tortellini
  • Pour Dressing over and blend well
  • Refrigerate overnight
