  • Blend until liquified

    My family loves pesto. My husband grows basil, so will be sure to try this when in season. I am bookmarking it for later. The addition of parsley and pistachio nuts sounds wonderful.

    My family loves pesto...your recipe sounds like a good one - addition of pistachios is a nice twist. I will try as soon as my basil plants are producing large enough quantities. :-) I usually make the big batch and then freeze with a thin layer of olive oil to keep the green from oxidizing. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
