Avocado, Ricotta & Basil Dip

- 2 avocados, pitted and peeled shopping list
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon zest shopping list
- 3 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup ricotta cheese shopping list
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- With a food processor, blender, or hand blender puree the avocado along with the basil and the lemon zest and juice.
- Add Ricotta and season generously.
- Transfer to a bowl and add grated Cheddar.
- Serve with veggies, nachos, pita or as a burrito filling or with whatever you wish.
