Tijuana Lettuce Wraps

- natural free range chicken breast 1 per adult shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp oil shopping list
- 1-2 heads of a broad leaf crunchy lettuce like buttercrunch shopping list
- pico de gallo salsa or your favorite fresh salsa shopping list
- avacado slices shopping list
- a handful of tortilla chips crushed shopping list
- sauce: shopping list
- 1 cup yogart shopping list
- 1 ripe avacado mashed shopping list
- 1/2 cup hummas shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- coat chicken in oil salt and pepper and grill til done and juicy. cool and chop chicken.
- crush chips in a plastic bag and set aside
- add the sauce ingredients into a bowl and mash and stir till a beautiful sauce consistancy is achieved
- lay out the large letuce leaves and fill like a taco shell
- add chicken salsa, avacado, swirl with sauce and add a tsp off crushed torlilla chip...ENJOY!!
