Tijuana Lettuce Wraps Recipe

How to make it

  • coat chicken in oil salt and pepper and grill til done and juicy. cool and chop chicken.
  • crush chips in a plastic bag and set aside
  • add the sauce ingredients into a bowl and mash and stir till a beautiful sauce consistancy is achieved
  • lay out the large letuce leaves and fill like a taco shell
  • add chicken salsa, avacado, swirl with sauce and add a tsp off crushed torlilla chip...ENJOY!!
