Baked Chicken Salad Pie

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded shopping list
- 1/2 cup light cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet videlia onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup light sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup light mayo shopping list
- 2 tablespoons unbleached flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons champagne mustard (I prefer Cherchies brand) Dijon will also work shopping list
- 1 deep dish ready-made 9" pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Prepare your pie crust by poking gently with fork and baking slightly, about 7 minutes
- In mixing bowl, slightly beat the two eggs
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix well
- Pour mixture into pie crust
- Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes (until slightly browned)
