How to make it

  • In a nice tall glass, pour chocolate syrup and milk.
  • Mix together but not too much.
  • While stirring, add seltzer until it come to the top and forms a white head.
  • Insert straw and sip until your heart is content!
  • It's okay to wipe your mouth on your sleeve!!!!
