Nectarine Salsa

A nice, summery addition to a sandwich or good as a side dish with poultry. We like it with sliced, grilled turkey breast on baguette, dotted with a teaspoon of raspberry mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- 5 nectarines, diced shopping list
- 1 red onion, sliced thin shopping list
- 1 dried cayenne pepper, crushed (about 1T) shopping list
- 2 red bell peppers, diced small shopping list
- fresh parsley, minced shopping list
- fresh basil, cut en chiffonade shopping list
- 1/4 C lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 C cider vinegar shopping list
- fruit fresh shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle nectarines with fruit fresh according to package directions; mix all ingredients; cover air tight & refrigerate at lease 1 hour, preferably several hours.
