Fresh Fruit & Spinach Salad

Just threw this together for lunch today...so easy, flavorful, and filling! (not to mention healthy!) I see it becoming a regular mid-day summer meal for me :)
Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls fresh baby spinach shopping list
- 1/2 ripe d'anjou pear, diced shopping list
- 6 large strawberries, hulled & stems removed, then diced shopping list
- 1 large handful fresh blueberries shopping list
- about 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese shopping list
- 6 or 7 almonds, finely chopped shopping list
for the dressing
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp pure honey shopping list
- 1 dash of each: kosher salt, ground black pepper, dried oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Add in your spinach and toppings, toss, & enjoy! :)
