How to make it

  • Drop berries into serving glasses or individual bowls.
  • In small, heavy saucepan, heat cream, vanilla and chocolate over low heat, stirring often, until all chocolate is melted, thickened and well mixed.
  • Pour chocolate mixture over frozen berries.
  • The chocolate hitting the cold fruit causes a slight thickening of the chocolate mixture and thaws the berries.
  • Eat immediately or can sit for a lil while and still be delicious!
