How to make it

  • • In a large bowl mix well drained tuna (broken down a bit), celery flakes, onion, dill, dried mustard, garlic powder & olive oil mayonnaise.
  • • Fold in the artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, capers & parsley.
  • • Salt & pepper to taste
  • • Chill in fridge before serving

    Artichokes are my favorite vegetable and I love capers too. This sounds absolutely delicious. Excellent recipe.

    Nice combo. We don't do canned tuna here but I'll give this a try the next time I pick up a decent Albacore fillet from the fishermen. RJ
