How to make it

  • 1. Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness;cut lengthwise into 16 1" wide strips. In resealable bag,combine the lime juice,vinegar,chipotle pepper and salt;add the chicken.Seal and turn to coat;refrigerate for 30 min.
  • 2. Meanwhile,for sauce,place remaining ingredients in food processor,cover and process until blended. Transfer to serving bow,cover and refrigerate till serving.
  • 3. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Thread meat onto 4 metalor soaked wooden skewers. Oil the grill grates lightly with moistened paper towel.
  • Grill,covered,over med. heat or broil 4' from heat for 8-12 mins or till no longer pink,turning frequently. Serve with sauce.
