Pineapple Friendship Cake

A delicious way to use a friendship starter! It is very great for the summer! This tastes great paired with iced tea!
Ingredients
- 1 cup friendship active starter shopping list
- 2/3 cup oil (or unsweetened applesauce) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 1 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, softened shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; grease a 9x13 pan& set aside.
- 2 Combine topping ingredients& set aside.
- 3 Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well.
- 4 Add nuts& drained pineapple, and pour into prepared pan.
- 5 Sprinkle topping over batter, and bake 35-40 minutes.
