Apricot And Peanut Butter Slice Recipe Hooch / All my dishes

This is a quick n easy slice the whole family will enjoy, very morish!

Ingredients
  • 1 pkt good plain biscuits like superwines
  • 3/4 c crunchy peanut butter
  • 3/4 c dried apricots
  • 3/4 c desicated coconut
  • 1/2 c condensed milk
  • 200g butter
  • grated rind of 2 oranges
  • icing:
  • 1 c icing sugar
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice

Directions
  1. crush the biscuits finely in a food processor and place into a bowl.
  2. add the peanut butter, apricots, coconut, condensed milk, butter and grated orange rind and stir until evenly mixed.
  3. pressinto a slice tin lined with baking paper, refridegerate for 2 hours or until firm, ice then cut into slices
  4. icing:
  5. stir the icing and orange juice together til smooth..
  6. arnish with a little orange rind.

Hi shai...wine biscuits here are just a thin round plain biscuit...so anything you have over there that is plain would do just fine...thanx
