Tuna Macaroni Salad Recipe
This is incredible. Creamy tasty and herby. I served this at a baby shower I hosted yesterday and it was one of the hits of the party.

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces canned water packed albacore tuna drained and flaked
  • 8 ounce package small shell macaroni
  • 2 hard boiled eggs finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green or red pepper chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 cup frozen green peas cooked and cooled
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Allow to cool then add tuna, eggs, pepper, celery, onions and peas and mix well.
  3. In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, pickle relish, salt and pepper.
  4. Add to the macaroni and mix well.
  5. Place in refrigerator for several hours before serving.

Hi Chef: Albacore or white tuna contains 3 times as much mercury as chunk light (gotmercury.org) so I always use light. Your recipe is very similar to mine. Must be great. Tee Hee.
