Vegetable Seasoning Or Broth Mix Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup onion powder

1/4 cup dried parsley flakes

2 tablespoons seasoning salt

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons celery seed

2 teaspoons sage

2 teaspoons marjoram

2 teaspoons thyme

2 teaspoons basil

2 teaspoons oregano

2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

2 teaspoons dill weed

1 teaspoon summer savory

Directions

Combine all ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid.

Stir or shake before each use.

For vegetable broth substitute use 1 rounded teaspoonful for each cup of water.

For seasoning vegetables just sprinkle a bit onto vegetables while cooking.

Also good in soups, stews and casseroles.
