How to make it

  • season the meat with salt and pepper and cut it into bite size and leave it for 2 hours to marinate in the refrigerator
  • add 3 Tbsp butter (oil) in a proper heated pan and pan fry the steak pieces
  • after the browned nicely remove from the pan and add the chopped onion and the left of butter (oil) brown nicely , add mined garlic
  • then add the sliced mushrooms and stir until they browned nicely too
  • add then the beer stir well and simmer
  • then add the soup and stir very well (see if the sauce too thick add a bit of water)
  • then add the nutmeg and the Worcestershire sauce
  • add the beef with any juices with it
  • add the sour cream and stir well and let it simmer
  • while its simmering and thickening to your likeness you can boil the pasta
  • then top the cooked pasta with the beef sauce and dill and serve immediately
