How to make it
- In a nonstick skillet on medium to high heat, heat the oil, crack the egg and add it to the skillet add salt and pepper to taste, cover and cook for about 3 minutes, add the sauce and grated cheese on top and mozzarella (optional), cover and cook for about another 3 to 4 minutes or so.
- Serve with italian bread or toast.
