How to make it

  • Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle paprika and all seasoning. This will need to be done to your taste. I mixed enough in to where you could see a nice mixture of color.
  • Dip fish in the milk and then lightly coat fish with bread mixture. Heat olive oil on medium heat in a nonstick skillet.
  • Place fish in heated oil. Turn once fish are lightly brown. Then cover with a lid. Once other side is brown flip one more time for crispy taste.
  • Once both sides are a golden brown, remove from skillet and plate.
  • You can eat this with any side you want. For the picture I sauted some broccoli and tomato together in the leftover oil. Then added asparagus with it. I love my greens. :)
  • Enjoy!

Hi Gkwillow I would use Seasoning Salt. You want a little salt in there to add extra flavor to the fish. Just go easy.

I am so glad you liked both. They truly are yummy and quick. I will try with a little cheese next time too.

A great new way to prepare Tilapia...I actually sort of combined two of your recipes because I added a bit of parmesan cheese to the bread crumb mix. Thanks for the post, Shera!

Hi Shera, I want to make this Tilapia today and I was wondering if you would recommend Seasoning Salt or a salt-free blend in place of the All Seasoning. I'm not familiar with that name...
