The perfect crispy, chocolatey topping for chocolate cake, muffins or even brownies.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 5 tablespoons cold espresso
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine all ingredients until well blended.
- Spread over the cake and broil about 5 minutes. (Don't let it burn!)
