How to make it

  • Bring vinegar to a boil in a small saucepan. Add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Mash minced garlic and salt together into a paste. Add red pepper flakes and combine well.
  • Add mixture to vinegar and mix. Allow to cool and put into jar or other container and refrigerate.
  • Will keep in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Serve at room temperature.
