Italian Artichoke-bacon Pie

- Preheat oven at 400 degrees F. Spray a nine-inch glass pie plate. Place the following into the baking plate: 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 6 slices bacon , cooked and crumbled; (Betty uses 12) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, shopping list
- 1 (6 oz). jar marinated artichokes, chopped (Betty uses 1/4 cup 'creamy Italian dressing) shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, sliced (my tweak) shopping list
- fresh basil leaves, torn in small pieces (my tweak) shopping list
- In a medium mixing bowl, 1/2 cup Bisquick (I use "heart smart" w/ canola), 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1 cup milk (soy) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder--Betty's choice shopping list
- few shakes onion powder-my tweak shopping list
- 2 eggs (half eggbeaters) Beat until blended with a whisk or fork. Pour over ingredients in pie plate. shopping list
- few shakes 'pizza seasoning' (Frontier) shopping list
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with fresh tomatoes sprinkled with fresh basil. shopping list
