Ingredients
  • 3 lbs red potatoes
  • 12 oz green beans
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 oz basil
  • 1/12 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 to 2 cups red onion sliced thinly
  • 3 1/2 cups red cabbage
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp sald

Directions
  1. Cook red potatoes until tender. Add green beans halfway through cooking the potatoes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
