This rub works with pretty much all meats including fish. I usually make a double batch of this rub and store it with my other spices so I always have it handy.

How to make it

Mix all ingredients together. Rub onto desired meat. Enjoy!

This was had a bit too much "heat" for my taste. My lips were burning after I was done with my chicken! Maybe I used too much on too small pieces of chicken. I liked the bit of sweet I could taste. I'd leave out the cayenne next time. I added a picture which you can delete if you don't want it there. Thanks for posting this. More here:
