How to make it

  • Slice down the length of one side of the pepper, and cut off the top **WEAR RUBBER GLOVES!!**. Take out the seeds. Repeat for all of them.
  • Next, take all of the other ingredients and mix them all together until nice and creamy. Add the seasonings to your liking.
  • Stuff the seeded jalapenos with the cheese mixture.
  • Put tinfoil down on a gas grill between medium & low, and spray with vegetable spray. Lay the peppers down and let cook for about 8-10 mintues, kind of rolling after about 4 minutes just to one side or the other. Great flavor!
