Cheese Ball Mouse

- 2, 8 oz pkg cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 Tbs instant cheddar cheese sauce mix from a box of macaroni and cheese shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 Tbs minced green onion shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp dried parsley shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts ( I used some dried parsley instead ) shopping list
How to make it
- Have cream cheese and butter at room temperature.
- Blend well.
- Gradually stir in the dry cheese sauce mix, green onion, lemon juice, shredded cheddar and parsley.
- Shape mixture into one large ball ( or two smaller ones )
- Roll in chopped nuts ( or parsley )
- Serve immediately
- Note: for best serving, if chilled and made ahead of time, remove from refrigerator 1 hour ahead of time to soften up
- Surround and serve with crackers
