Nutella Mug Cake

- 4 Tablespoons self-rising flour shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons white granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons nutella (found in the peanut butter aisle) shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons milk shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil shopping list
- Hershey's chocolate syrup shopping list
- *If you don't like nutella, you could use chocolate chips instead! Or heck, use both! shopping list
How to make it
- In a large coffee mug: Combine all ingredients. Stir with spoon until smooth. MIcrowave on high for 2-3 minutes. (Time will depend on your microwave - mine takes about 2-1/2 min.)
- Cake will rise over the top of the mug - that's okay - it's not going to flow over.
- When you take cake out of the micro, take a spoon and poke a large hole down the center of the cake and fill with chocolate syrup.
- Top with whipped cream.
- This makes one very large serving - I have even mixed the recipe and then divided it into two because it is very rich and very rarely does anyone finish the entire mug in one sitting. :)
