How to make it

  • In a large coffee mug: Combine all ingredients. Stir with spoon until smooth. MIcrowave on high for 2-3 minutes. (Time will depend on your microwave - mine takes about 2-1/2 min.)
  • Cake will rise over the top of the mug - that's okay - it's not going to flow over.
  • When you take cake out of the micro, take a spoon and poke a large hole down the center of the cake and fill with chocolate syrup.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • This makes one very large serving - I have even mixed the recipe and then divided it into two because it is very rich and very rarely does anyone finish the entire mug in one sitting. :)
