Caramel Heavenlies

- 12 graham crackers shopping list
- 1 bag mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter (not margarine) shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup sliced almonds shopping list
How to make it
- In a 10x13x2" pan that has been lined with foil and greased/floured, evenly spread grahams so they touch with no open spaces. Cover evenly with marshmallows.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt together butter and brown sugar. Make sure sugar completely dissolves.
- Add vanilla and then spoon over crackers/marshmallows.
- Top with coconut and almonds
- Bake @ 350F for 14-16 minutes.
- Cool completely then use foil to remove bars from pan. Remove from foil slowly. Cut into even rectangles and then crossways into triangles. Store in refrigerator in a tightly sealed container making sure to separate with wax paper.
- Note: It helps if you dust the underside of these with powdered sugar to help keep them from sticking.
