Chilled Spinach Dip

This was a perfect appetizer for Thanksgiving as it didn't require any cooking and I made it 2 days before hand.....I served it in a sourdough loaf with cubes of bread to dip with. Ingredients
- 1 10 oz.. box of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and completely drained of any liquid shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 6 scallions, chopped shopping list
- 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped shopping list
- 2 tbls. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. pepper shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- ~~Artichokes could have been added also but I opted to omit them~~ shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
- Refrigerate for several hours
