Yule Cookies

These are a soft cookie with craisins, butterscotch and chocolate chips, and walnut pieces. The perfect Santa's cookie.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 3/4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- 2/3 cup butterscotch chips or white chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup craisins shopping list
How to make it
- beat together egg, sugars, and butter. add the vanilla and flour with the baking soda, baking powder and salt added.
- Mix well.
- Stir in the nuts craisins and thetwo kinds of chips.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes until just done.
- Do NOT over bake.
