Garlic Herb Butter

I make this once a month and keep it in my fridge. Is the only thing I use for garlic bread these days, but have also used it on bbq steak, popovers etc.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of butter shopping list
- 3 large cloves of garlic minced shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp of dried chives shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp dried parsley shopping list
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp of dried basil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients
- store in the fridge, in an airtight container
- (I have never kept this longer then 3 weeks)
