This coffee cake gift in a mug is perfect or a quick breakfast, or a late night snack. Use a 12 oz mug
Ingredients
- IN A BAGGIE MARKED cake mix ADD shopping list
- 6 Tbsp yellow cake mix shopping list
- 3 tsp vanilla instant pudding shopping list
- IN A BAGGIE MARKED TOPPING ADD shopping list
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed shopping list
- 2 tsp chopped pecans or walnuts shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Put both baggies in the mug and wrap with celephane and attach a tag saying

- Coffee cake in a mug
- For cake you will need
- 1 egg,
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- Take packets from the mug.
- Spray microwavable mug with nonstick spray
- Add cake mix to the mug.
- Add vegetable oil,water and egg and stir well.
- Sprinkle the topping mix on the batter in the mug.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Let cool one minute in mug. Grab a spoon and enjoy.
