Rosemary Red Wine Jus

- 1 part red wine (depends how much you want to make) shopping list
- 2 parts stock (chicken for white meat, beef for red meat) shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- rubbed rosemary to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Add wine to cooking pan over medium heat and reduce.
- Once reduced add stock to cooking pan and reduce entire mixture to half.
- Add rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with your choice of meat.
- Leftovers will keep in a container in the fridge for about a week.
