How to make it

  • Add wine to cooking pan over medium heat and reduce.
  • Once reduced add stock to cooking pan and reduce entire mixture to half.
  • Add rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with your choice of meat.
  • Leftovers will keep in a container in the fridge for about a week.
