How to make it

  • Fry onion until golden brown.
  • Add garlic and curry paste and fry until fragrant.
  • Add 1 tsp flour and stir for about 1 minute.
  • Add chicken broth and to a boil.
  • Let simmer for about 10 minutes or until reduced slightly.
  • Add spinach and cream.
  • Heat until just boiling and serve.
  • Can be served with a dollop of sour cream.
