How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients well, refrigerate for 30 mins to stiffen mixture then mold around the skewers and grill. Serve alone or with a Naan or Pita, Tahini sauce or Tzaziki Sauce, Tabouli Salad or chopped parsley, chopped tomato, shredded lettuce, chopped onion, and garlic hummus.

    This was delicious! Because I'm me, I had to play with it a lil and added a lil dry mustard and red pepper flakes and upped the spices a bit. I did use venison and it was so flavorful and so tender. More, here, Mrjwjohnsons Kafta.
