Kafta Kebab

- 1 Lbs ground lamb, beef or venison shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup onions chopped very fine shopping list
- 3 clove garlic large, minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon all spice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground shopping list
- 1/2 tea spoon paprika shopping list
- 1/2 cup parsley fresh chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper shopping list
- 8 wooden skewers shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients well, refrigerate for 30 mins to stiffen mixture then mold around the skewers and grill. Serve alone or with a Naan or Pita, Tahini sauce or Tzaziki Sauce, Tabouli Salad or chopped parsley, chopped tomato, shredded lettuce, chopped onion, and garlic hummus.

This was delicious! Because I'm me, I had to play with it a lil and added a lil dry mustard and red pepper flakes and upped the spices a bit. I did use venison and it was so flavorful and so tender. More, here, more
