Kai Himaphan- Thai Chicken Curry with Cashews

- 100gm boneless chicken slices shopping list
- 30 gms peppers shopping list
- 20 gms onions (diced) shopping list
- 15 gm garlic (chopped) shopping list
- 15 gms spring onions (chopped) shopping list
- 30 gm roasted cashew nuts shopping list
- 10 gms dry chili shopping list
- 30 gms broccoli shopping list
- 1 tsp light soya sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp fish sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock shopping list
- 1/2 tsp corn flour shopping list
- 1 pinch sugar shopping list
- 1tsp Thai chilli paste shopping list
- Few sprigs cilantro (chopped) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oil, sauté garlic until semi-brown and add vegetables and chicken.
- Saute again for two minutes, and add all sauces.
- Add slight water to make a gravy, stir in all remaining ingredients.
- Cook well, and finally thicken with corn flour.
- Garnish with green coriander and spring onions.
