Savory Beef Back Ribs

- 3 lbs beef back ribs cut up to separate into individual ribs shopping list
- favorite barbecue spice rub or seasoning shopping list
- 1 cup of beer shopping list
- 12 oz favorite barbecue sauce ( I used chipotle & lime ) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Season ribs
- Use the brown feature in the electric pressure cooker to brown ribs a bit in olive oil
- Cancel function
- Add the beer and barbecue sauce
- Close cooker and pressure cook for 18 minutes or use the meat/rib function
- Let steam dissipate naturally- do not open exhaust valve
- Note: fork tender, fall off the bone yummy
- Add as many ribs you want in the cooker but not exceed manufacturer's recommendation
