Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

- 3 lbs chicken wings shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup honey shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup sriracha sauce (add as much or as little as you want) shopping list
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Double-line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees/ gas mark 6.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and the sriracha sauce. Add chicken wings and toss to coat. Marinate for 1 hour (or overnight).
- Remove wings from marinade and spread in a single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Reserve marinade. Bake wings for 35 minutes, brushing with sauce twice (after 10 minutes and 20 minutes but not during last 10 minutes of cooking).
- Boil remaining marinade over high heat until thick and syrupy. Toss with chicken wings. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and serve.
