Party Size Chocolate Pudding

- 2 cups baking cocoa shopping list
- 2 cups splenda for baking or use sugar if preferred shopping list
- 4 cups milk (dairy or non dairy milk : part almond milk, vanilla soy milk, cream, half and half etc ) shopping list
- I used half cream and half almond milk shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla or almond flavor shopping list
- 6 Tbs cornstarch shopping list
- 1 Tbs butter shopping list
- whipped cream or whipped topping for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Place the cold liquids into a heavy duty sauce pot
- Sift in the cornstarch and baking cocoa over the liquids
- Whisk well to remove any lumps
- Then whisk well over medium heat, continue to whisk and mix well until mixture comes to a boil and starts to thicken
- Immediately remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla and mix in the butter
- At this point one can either place the pudding into a nice serving bowl or dish out into 6-8 dessert glasses
- Cover top with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming
- Chill well
- Top with some cherries if desired and whipped cream or whipped topping before serving
