Apple Butter Almond Bread

- ½ cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp honey shopping list
- 1 cup apple butter shopping list
- ¼ cup almond butter shopping list
- 1 egg replacer (such as Ener-G), prepared shopping list
- 1/3 cup almond milk shopping list
- 1 cup oat flour shopping list
- 1 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- ½ tbsp pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- ¼ cup slivered almonds shopping list
- 1/3 cup crunchy flake cereal, plus some for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F, grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl combine brown sugar, honey, apple butter, almond butter, egg replacer and almond milk until well blended.
- Add the flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spice, stir in until just mixed.
- Fold in almonds and half the cereal.
- Spread in the prepared pan and top with remaining cereal.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until tests done.
