How to make it

  • Let boil water in a pot and in the meantime put in a pan the thin sliced onion, the sliced mushrooms, the sliced bamboo and cook at low heat with a little water and a spoon of oil.
  • When the water boils put the noodles in the boiling water and cook for about a minute.
  • Drain well and dress the noodles with mushrooms and bamboo, plus two tablespoons of soy sauce, a pinch of toasted sesame seeds and a pinch of hot pepper.
