How to make it

  • Core and chop apples into 1/2" pieces, no need to peel.
  • Mix with lemon juice to stop apples from turning dark.
  • Toss with spices, add slivered almonds and raisins.
  • Mix with yogurt and serve. Best of served same day.
  • To toast almonds: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place almond slivers in pie plate. Place in oven and bake 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
