Greens And Sausage Sandwich

- 6 large, smoked Italian, Polish or German sausages, preferably spicy shopping list
- 6 slices muenster cheese shopping list
- 6 sub or hoagie style rolls, split shopping list
- about 1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan shopping list
- about 2 cups fresh cooked spicy collard greens(ie Slow Cooker Collards) shopping list
- hot sauce for serving, if desired shopping list
How to make it
- Slice sausages once, lengthwise(make shallow slits in the cut side of each piece, if desired, to deter "curling" while cooking :)
- Grill on hot grill or broil for about 3 minutes, each side, just until lightly charred and heated through.
- Also grill sliced rolls for about 2 minutes, cut side down
- Place 1 slice of Muenster on the bottom of each roll.
- Top each with 2 sausages slices
- Top with a scoop of the greens(make sure they're drained pretty well)
- Top with a lil shredded Parmesan.
- Serve with a lil extra hot sauce, if desired.
