- 2.6 oz raisins shopping list
- 4 oz chopped figs shopping list
- boiling water shopping list
- 2.5 oz dates shopping list
- 9.5 oz Triple Legume Butter (or almond butter or your favourite!) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- pinch sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine raisins and figs.
- Cover with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes.
- Drain, pressing out residual liquid, and add the raisins and figs to a food processor with the dates, Triple Legume Butter , vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
- Puree until a thick doughy paste forms.
- Press evenly into a 9" square pan and chill until firm, then cut into bars
- If desired, glaze chilled bars with an icing sugar fondant.
