How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F, line a 9" square pan with parchment or foil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together flax and hot water. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream margarine, SucaNat, brown sugar, stevia, Triple Legume Butter and vanilla.
  • Add soaked flax and beat well.
  • Stir in flour, salt, nutmeg, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Spread evenly in the pan and spread with the Citrus Sweet Wine Marmalade.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Cool completely in the pan before cutting.
