Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Hamburger
  • ΒΌ onion, chopped
  • Black olives, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1-14.5 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1-8oz. Can tomato sauce
  • 1-25 oz. Pkg. Frozen Cheese Raviolis
  • 1-7 oz. Can Mushrooms (stems & pieces or sliced)
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Shredded Cheese (flavor of your choice)
  • Parmesan Cheese

Directions
  1. In large skillet, cook hamburger, onions and black olives until hamburger is no longer pink. Add salt & pepper, oregano garlic powder. (season to fit your taste!) Add diced tomatoes and remove from heat.
  2. In baking pan, layer ingredients in this order: tomato sauce, raviolis, hamburger mixture, mushrooms, cottage cheese, shredded cheese and Parmesan. Keep layering until layers reach top of pan. If top layer is not cheese, add a layer of cheese.
  3. Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes.
  4. Serve with Garlic Bread. (or my bruchetta bread. recipe to be posted)
