Sweet And Savory Grilled Pineapple

Grilled pineapple is great enough on it's own, but a lil added topping consisting of a sweetened yogurt and spicy nuts add a wonderful contrast of flavors and textures. This can be a side dish or a dessert for a grilled meal.
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into spears shopping list
- about 1/4 cup raw sugar shopping list
- hot sauce(like Tabasco) shopping list
- 8oz Greek yogurt, plain shopping list
- 2T honey(more, if desired) shopping list
- about 1/2 cup chopped spicy nuts(I used chili/lime cashews, but you can use Cajun, Creole, jalapeno, and you can choose peanuts, pistachios, almonds, etc...whatever sounds best to you shopping list
How to make it
- Combine yogurt and honey in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
- Sprinkle spears with the sugar and a few dashes of the hot sauce.
- Grill for about 2-3 minutes per side
- Plate pineapple and drizzle with the yogurt mixture and sprinkle with the nuts.
