Ingredients

How to make it

  • 1. Cut your fillets into chunks. Cubed or rectangular.
  • 2. In a pan, put in your Kikkoman soy sauce, brown sugar and chopped ginger. Mix well in low heat.
  • 3. Drop your chicken chunks once the mixture is smooth already. Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
  • 4. Pick the chicken chunks from the pan to set aside.
  • 5. Mix in the paste ingredients and let boil or until it becomes thicker.
  • 6. Lower the heat and serve topped with toasted sesame seeds.
  • 7. Serve the heated paste as a sauce.

Would you put down the total weight of the fillets? We have such big chicken breasts in my neck of the woods. I don't think the ingredients will stretch to cover it all, or pan either. Eight chicken breast fillets, here, is about 6 to 8 pounds.
