Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, julienned shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup Best Foods mayonnaise shopping list
- 10 dashes hot red jalapeno pepper sauce shopping list
- 2 green onions/scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts) shopping list
How to make it
- Puree the tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and red pepper sauce in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add the scallions and pulse twice. Chill for at least an hour to let flavors blend and serve at room temperature. Enjoy with breadsticks/bread, crudites, crackers, etc...
