- 1/2 c. of sour cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. of flour shopping list
- 1 c. of butter shopping list
How to make it
- First you wan to cut butter into flour until it resembles crumbs.
- Next stir in sour cream.
- Now you want to turn onto a floured board and knead this until it just holds together.
- Then turm into a ball, flatten this and wrap airtight.
- Next you need to refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- After being refrigerated, work with half of the dough at a time and keep other half in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Now use your hands to pound the dough with a heavy rolling pin to make it pliable.
- Finally, you can use this recipe in any dish calling for puff pastry.
