How to make it

  • First you wan to cut butter into flour until it resembles crumbs.
  • Next stir in sour cream.
  • Now you want to turn onto a floured board and knead this until it just holds together.
  • Then turm into a ball, flatten this and wrap airtight.

  • After being refrigerated, work with half of the dough at a time and keep other half in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Now use your hands to pound the dough with a heavy rolling pin to make it pliable.
  • Finally, you can use this recipe in any dish calling for puff pastry.
